As members of the Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand, we aim to provide excellent service and we strive to really get to know you so we can understand your needs and help ensure your health and wellbeing. We believe in taking an interest in you, you're not just another customer to us. We also believe it is important to support our local community. We have been priviledged to have supported the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation, the Canterbury Earthquake Fund and small community groups. Our Story In 2002 pharmacists Nick and Claire Wallis bought a Havelock North pharmacy. After several years, and keen to build on their success, Nick and Claire began looking for another in Napier. In October 2006 they purchased the well established Odeon Pharmacy in Napier. Shortly after, Andrea and Gavin Franklin joined the team as business partners and we relocated to Bridge St, Ahuriri. Andrea Franklin manages the pharmacy and is responsible for the fabulous gift area and overall running of the shop. Gavin Franklin has a strong sales background and plenty of ideas to help drive the business forward. One of the major strengths of the pharmacy is the experienced and helpful team. Personality plays a major role in choosing the right team, and real emphasis is placed on friendly, helpful, dedicated people who are committed to excellent service and have your best interests at heart. Our Pharmacist Peter Neal is an experienced Pharmacist who has joined us from England. Having previously owned his own pharmacy and other related businesses, we are thrilled to have his expertise in our team. Our Pharmacy Team Michelle Mackenzie is the friendly face we all love to see in the pharmacy and is committed to helping you find the right product to make you feel great! Michelle manages our beauty section and also brings a wealth of experience in pharmacy goods and choosing the perfect gift. Melissa Jackson has ten years of pharmacy experience, joining us from the Odeon Pharmacy. Melissa is now a full time student at EIT and works weekends with us. She has a great breadth of knowledge and oversees our website maintenance.
