Pain tells you there is something wrong with part of your body. Pain relief medications help pain feel less severe until the body has been able to repair itself (more). You should see your doctor if the pain is severe or you need regular pain relief for more than three days in a row.
Fever can have a positive role as part of the body's defence against some infections. Most mild-fevers are self-limiting, and will clear up of their own accord. Please see a doctor if you have a fever which is accompanied by a stiff neck, headache, sensitivity to light, irritability and/or vomiting; you have a temperature over 39C; you have a fever which is accompanied by a painful, persistent sore throat; you are experiencing heavy sweating at night; you also have diarrhoea, you have a fever which has lasted for more than 48 hours; lying down or straining increases pain; you have a headache which is very severe and sudden or you have had a recent head injury.

Children 7-12 years: half to 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. Maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.
Precautions: Hepatic or renal impairment. Watch total Paracetamol dose if taking other products.

Panadol Night Caplets

Purpose/Usage: For temporary relief of night pain so you can sleep.
Ingredients/Form: Paracetamol 500mg & Diphenhydramine Hcl 25mg Tablets.
Dosage: Adults & children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 caplets at bedtime.
Precautions: This medicine may cause drowsiness and may increase the effects of alcohol. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery within 8 hours after taking this medication.
Quantity Restriction: We will only supply up to a maximum of 20 caplets at one time of Panadol Night. This item is not available to send outside New Zealand.

Ingredients/Form: Diclofenac Potassium 25mg Tablets
Dosage: Adults: Take 2 tablets at once, then 1 or 2 tablets every 8 hours when required.
Children over 14 years of age: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
Take with food. Maximum of 6 tablets daily.
Precautions: Prolonged use can be harmful. Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist or worsen see your doctor. Do not give to children under 14 years of age. Contains sucrose.
Do not take if: you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorders, impaired kidney function, heart failure,during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin or anti-inflammatory medicines, you have asthma.
