Privacy Policy

We understand that you do not want your private information to be on-sold or used in an inappropriate manner. If you visit our site and enter your details, we will use that information to process your order or join you to our VIP club should you wish. The VIP club will entitle you to instore discounts and to be contacted  by email or post with information on new products, services or upcoming events. Payment Terms

You may pay for your purchases by:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX)
Direct credit to 03 0698 0506096 000
Cheque (NZ$) posted to Ahuriri Pharmacy, 1/91 Bridge Street, Ahuriri, Napier 
or payment on collection from Ahuriri Pharmacy (1/91 Bridge Street, Ahuriri).

Payment is processed through PayPal payment service provider. For more information on this service, click here. We do not retain any credit card information.

All prices on this site are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

In the instance of a dishonoured cheque, we will contact the customer by email to arrange payment.

Refund Policy

If you receive an item that is erroneous, damaged or defective, please return it to us within 7 days of your receipt and we will replace it or issue you with a store voucher, according to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. In this case, we will also refund freight costs.

If you wish to return a product that is not erroneous, damaged or defective, please contact us by email (info@ahuriripharmacy.co.nz), phone (06 835 7948), fax (06 835 7930) or post (Ahuriri Pharmacy, 1/91 Bridge Street, Ahuriri, Napier to discuss the return of the item. If we receive the product in a saleable condition, within 7 days of your receipt and is not listed as an exception following, we will replace it with a different product or issue you with a store voucher. In this case, we will not refund freight costs.

Exceptions - as it is against the law for us to redispense medication or re-sell pharmacy or pharmacist medicines we cannot refund or exchange these products. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of a product for you, please contact us - we love to help!

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during statutory holidays.

If your order is returned to us as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal by recipient, the customer is responsible for the freight. If the order is returned to us within 14 days and in re-saleable state, we may issue a refund.

Your personal details are not held on the website. All information is stored in a secure manner, with back-ups made on a regular basis to prevent loss of information. All personal and medical information is treated as confidential by all team members in our employment. Procedures are maintained to ensure confidentiality.
